Search for that elusive fritillary, listen for Golden Orioles, photograph lizards and dragonflies, or spend the morning poring over moth-trap egg boxes with a croissant in your hand. Artists and photographers will find more subjects than they could cover in a week—many within 200 metres of their gîte.
